ZPA : Privatize Kaas on Landing Zone

This documentation will explain the procedure for privatise Private DNS zone over ZPA. When you produce with KaaS you probably have to deploy an Private DNS zone and create multitude on entry. All of this entry have to be propagade over ZPA.

Use case: doing KaaS on Landing zone and want to privatize the URL thanks to ZPA

Initializing the ZPA demande​

  • Prerequesit for Network Service (add link to Doc)

  • Request for ZPA (add link to Doc)

  • Now we will get into the the DNS configuration. You proceed and base this on a Pirvate DNS zone either Public DNS zone regarding your need.

  • You want URL to be send to Load Balancer. Sevral Solution

  1. Create a zone and attach every domain to the Private IP of your Load balancer alt text

  2. make all your record pointing at the Loadbalancer FQDN. alt text

Update or Add an entry​

If you need to add an entry or modify the IP. You need to update to us thanks to the ticket ZPA Demande Postit

caution

We didn't support Dynamic DNS entries. The IP of your Load balancer have to be fixe.
